Terms Of Use for the Global AIA

Your consent to the Terms Of Use with Global AIA Co., Ltd ("Global AIA") is signified by opening an forex account we are introducing. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS TERM OF USE, THEN DO NOT PROMOTE THE SITE.

1. Definitions

Account: The uniquely assigned account that is created for Trader when he/she opens a Trader's Account at any of the Global AIA's Sites.

Active Trader(s): A human user who opened an forex account we were introducing, and who remitted first deposit over amount determined by each broker at the first month, or such other minimum amount as shall be specified by Global AIA from time to time, and who has traded at least the determined minimum transaction amount according to Appendix A after the month opened an account, or such other transaction amount as shall be specified by Global AIA from time to time, and who is not already registered to the Site(s) under a different name or through a different identity.

Active Trader ID: The unique Active Trader ID, which is related to our and our system and other introducer we contracted so that we provide the Services to the Active Trader exclusively.

Broker: The Foreign Exchange Dealer

Program: Global AIA All Program located at www.globalaia.net

Services: Global AIA's Services located at www.globalaia.net

Site(s): www.globalaia.net and any other website as may be added by the Global AIA, in its sole and absolute discretion, from time to time.

Trademarks: All trademarks, services marks and logos displayed on the Site(s).

Trader(s): Any user opening an account through Global AIA.

2. Opening an account

2.1 Global AIA merely introduce the Broker. Not only Global AIA but also each the Broker copes with an inquiries of the procedure of the contract, and a way of an account activity, and others kindly.

2.2 A way of introducing is executed by the Site(s) or E-mail.

3. Approval the Active Trader

3.1 Global AIA tracks, by the end day of every month, Traders' activity for purposes of approval the Active Trader. This approval result is reflected soon. The Active Trader is able to get the Services written 2. for a next single month.

3.2 If this approval result is less than the standard, the Active Trader is not able to get the Services written 2. for a next single month.

4. Type of Services

4.1 Information & Support Service - This Service is that we send news of forex, system tradings, brokers, etc. to the Active Trader(s) by e-mail.

4.2 Tool Offer Service - This Service is that we present tool(s) to the Active Trader(s) by e-mail, download on the Site(s). Such tool includes system trade program and related to it and all that.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE GLOBAL AIA WEB SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. GLOBAL AIA AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE GLOBAL AIA WEB SITE AT ANY TIME. ADVICE RECEIVED VIA THE GLOBAL AIA WEB SITE SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR PERSONAL, MEDICAL, LEGAL OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS AND YOU SHOULD CONSULT AN APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE TAILORED TO YOUR SITUATION.

BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE GLOBAL AIA WEB SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE GLOBAL AIA WEB SITE.

6. Independent Investigation

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS TERMS OF USET OR OPERATE OR CONTRACT WITH WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS SERVECE AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS TERMS OF USE.

7. Termination

7.1 This Terms Of Use will take effect when you open an account and continue until terminated in accordance with the terms hereof.

7.2 Global AIA may terminate this Terms Of Use at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party a seven (7) day prior written notice by email (or by posting a notice on the Site(s) by Global AIA if Global AIA terminates this Terms), except if Trader violated any of the terms of this Terms Of Use, in which case termination will be effective immediately. Trader may terminate this Terms at any time, with or without cause, by giving the Global AIA a seven (7) days prior written notice (such written notice may be provided by facsimile or email).

7.3 Upon termination of Terms, the trader shall no longer be entitled to receive service.

8. Miscellaneous

This Terms Of Use comprises the entire agreement between Trader and Global AIA, supersedes all prior oral and written agreements pertaining to this Terms Of Use's subject matter, and applies in addition to any other term or condition of the Site(s) (such as Global AIA Privacy Policy), unless expressly provided otherwise in this Terms Of Use. Global AIA may modify any of the terms of this Terms Of Use at any time(s) and in its sole discretion, upon posting notice on the Site(s). Trader's sole remedy if such modification is not acceptable to it, is to terminate this Terms Of Use. This Terms Of Use shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without giving effect to its conflict of law principles. Trader agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in BVI for any dispute arising from or relating to this Terms Of Use. If any provision of this Terms Of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the original provision and the other provisions remain in full force and effect. A party's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Terms Of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Terms Of Use are used solely for convenience and may not be used in the interpretation of this Terms Of Use. This Terms Of Use and Trader's obligations may not be assigned by Trader, by operation of law or otherwise. Global AIA may assign this Terms Of Use to any party at any time.
